Can my subcontractors use Baulit?
Yes, and it is free for them. Contractors and stakeholders are always free and unlimited on every plan — including the Free tier. Contractors get their own portal where they see only their assigned tasks, can mark work as started, upload completion photos, and request approval. They never see your budgets, other contractors, or project finances.

Critical Path Method (CPM) is the industry-standard scheduling technique used on large commercial projects. Baulit brings it to residential builders. It calculates which sequence of tasks determines your earliest possible finish date, and identifies where you have float (buffer time) to absorb delays without pushing out the project. Most residential builder tools only offer a basic timeline — Baulit shows you exactly which tasks will delay your project if they slip.
